Robyn Moore – BSc (Honours), Anthropology and Biology (University of Toronto, Canada)
Robyn is the Chief Researcher for the Research Collective. She ensures that the right professionals are working on your project.
Robyn has been working in Market Research since 1996 and has a diverse range of quantitative and qualitative skills and experience. Robyn worked for more than two years at CM Research (now Kantar TNS) and for more than 13 years at Phoenix Research. Having lived in Canada and the UK, Robyn now works as a freelance researcher in New Zealand. Her formal training as an anthropologist and biologist has enhanced her understanding of the underlying motivations of human behaviour and the core drivers in meeting the needs of consumers.
With a particular strength in online behaviour and social media experience, her research experience also includes a comprehensive range of customer experience, employee engagement, new product development, service evaluation, website development, and more.
Robyn is a full member of the Research Association of New Zealand and has been an active member of the RANZ executive committee for many years.
